Aaron was great throughout the process. He kept us up to date on the real estate market which helped us make our decisions on when to buy and what to offer. The majority of tours are done with Associate Agents and Suzanne Stark was great with getting tours together last minute. We did not receive any home recommendations to look at which might be an issue for some buyers. Aaron was great when it came time to negotiate the price and we came in signficantly under asking based on comparable market research he provided.
Here is what I don’t understand about Aaron specifically. I have closed several homes in my life time. But, I stumbled onto Aaron. I took a chance because he had a nice presentation on the internet. He had a nice web page, that was easy to navigate, and contained all the information I needed. But I skeptically left my comfort zone to investigate him. I did not know what to expect. However, when I met Aaron, I met a man who had done his homework. Aaron knew exactly what I sought for a home. When we met it seemed only like a formality. Aaron made himself available to me and continuously checked in with me to assure I was happy. Aaron was not a real estate agent to me; he became a friend. I say this with no reservations. Aaron had done for me what my friend, who closed my previous four deals did not do; Aaron put a spin of total humanity into this deal. I would recommend Aaron to everyone, this day forth. In fact, I hope I can return but a piece of what he did for me and my family. You are lucky to have Aaron.
